About us
Forge Precision Works started as a single milling machine in a rented shed. Three decades on, we run a full machining, fabrication, and assembly facility — but the principle hasn't changed: make the part right, on time, every time.
We design, machine, fabricate, and assemble in-house, which means one team is accountable for your part from the drawing to the dispatch dock. No subcontractor roulette, no surprises on quality or lead time.
Work with usWhy us
Design, machining, fabrication, and assembly in-house — one team owns the result, with no handoffs to point fingers across.
±0.01mm capability, CMM-inspected, with full inspection documentation on every batch.
A fixed price and a realistic lead time that we actually hold to — and tell you early if anything changes.
Steel, stainless, aluminium, and engineering plastics — machined, welded, and finished to suit the duty.

Process
Five clear stages, with the same engineer accountable from quote to dispatch.
Send a drawing or sample. We review it for manufacturability and return a firm quote and lead time.
We program toolpaths, design fixtures, and confirm the process before a single chip is cut.
Machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly in our own facility under quality control.
First-article and in-process inspection on CMM, with documented, traceable results.
Packed, certified, and delivered on schedule — with full traceability for every part.

The senior engineers and machinists who own your job from quote to dispatch.
