1. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund of any advance. Once material is committed or production has started, costs incurred to date are payable.
2. Tooling and setup
Tooling, programming, and setup charges are non-refundable once that work has been carried out.
3. Non-conforming parts
If parts ship outside agreed specification, we will repair, replace, or credit them. Please report any issue with the inspection paperwork within the agreed period.
4. How to request
To raise a cancellation or quality issue, contact us with your order reference. We respond within five working days.
