FAQ

Questions, answered

What's your typical lead time?

It depends on quantity and process, but most machined and fabricated jobs ship in 3–6 weeks. We confirm a firm lead time with every quote and hold to it.

Do you take prototype or low-volume work?

Yes — from a single prototype to volume production. We're set up for both, and prototypes often lead to production runs with us.

What tolerances can you hold?

We routinely hold ±0.01mm on machined features where the design needs it, verified on CMM. We'll confirm what's achievable for your part at quote stage.

What materials do you work with?

Mild steel, stainless (SS304/SS316), aluminium, brass, and common engineering plastics. If you have a specific grade, send it over.

Do you provide inspection reports and material certs?

Yes. Every batch ships with inspection data, and material/test certificates with full traceability are available on request.

Can you sign an NDA?

Absolutely. We work to client NDAs as standard and treat all drawings and designs as confidential.

What technologies do you work with?

All technologies

Have a part to make?

Send us a drawing or an RFQ and we'll get back within one working day.
