Service 05 of 08 · Surface Treatment & Finishing
Powder coating, plating, anodising, and passivation — the finish that protects and sells the part.
A precise part with a poor finish still fails in the field. Corrosion, wear, and a cheap-looking surface undo the work that went into the geometry.
We finish in-house and through audited partners — powder coating, plating, anodising, passivation, and blasting — matched to the material and the environment the part will live in.
Matched colours, controlled coating thickness, and documented processes mean the finish looks right and lasts as long as the part underneath.
The process
Stage by stage
Degreasing, shot-blasting, or etching to give the coating something to key into.
Critical surfaces and threads are masked so tolerances are preserved.
Powder coat, plate, anodise, or passivate to the specified system and thickness.
Coating thickness, adhesion, and finish checked and documented.
Configurations
Powder coat
RAL matched
Any RAL colour, controlled thickness.
Plating
Zinc · Ni
Zinc, nickel, and passivation for corrosion resistance.
Anodising
Type II/III
For aluminium hardness and finish.
