Service 02 of 08 · Sheet Metal Fabrication
Laser cutting, bending, and welding for enclosures, frames, and panels.
Sheet-metal work lives or dies on the bends. Get the bend allowances and sequence right and parts assemble cleanly; get them wrong and nothing lines up on site.
We take your drawing or DXF, nest it for minimal waste, and cut, fold, weld, and finish to your specification — from a single bracket to batches of enclosures.
Everything is built to the same drawing every time, so reorders match and assemblies go together without a file in hand.
The process
Stage by stage
Fibre-laser cutting of sheet and plate to your flat pattern, nested to minimise scrap.
CNC press-brake bending to controlled angles and radii for repeatable assembly.
MIG/TIG welding and fastener insertion, on jigs where repeatability matters.
Deburring, powder coating, plating, or brushing to your specification.
