Welded structural frames and bases.
Service 03 of 08 · Welding & Assembly
Certified welding and full sub-assembly to finished, tested units.
A weld is only as good as the fixture that held the parts and the operator who laid it. Distortion, missed penetration, and out-of-square frames all trace back to setup.
We weld and assemble on jigs, to procedure, with certified welders — then function-test the finished unit before it leaves the floor.
The result is assemblies that arrive square, complete, and ready to install, with the paperwork to prove it.
The process
Stage by stage
Components are jigged and tacked to hold geometry before final welding.
Certified MIG/TIG welding to procedure on steel and stainless.
Grinding, shot-blasting, and painting or passivation as required.
Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly to a build sheet, then function-tested.
