What we make
Four in-house capabilities, delivered by the same team from quote to dispatch.
Our approach
One shop, fully accountable.
Design, machining, fabrication, and assembly in-house — so there's no finger-pointing between vendors when a tolerance slips. One team owns your part from quote to dispatch.

Why us
Why manufacturers choose us
Four things you can count on, on every job, at any volume.
One shop, start to finish
Design, machining, fabrication, and assembly in-house — one team owns the result, with no handoffs to point fingers across.
Tolerances you can trust
±0.01mm capability, CMM-inspected, with full inspection documentation on every batch.
Firm quotes, on-time delivery
A fixed price and a realistic lead time that we actually hold to — and tell you early if anything changes.
Materials expertise
Steel, stainless, aluminium, and engineering plastics — machined, welded, and finished to suit the duty.
Customer satisfaction
Steel, stainless, aluminium, and engineering plastics — machined, welded, and finished to suit the duty.
Process
From RFQ to delivered parts
Five clear stages, with the same engineer accountable from quote to dispatch.
- 1
Quote
Send a drawing or sample. We review it for manufacturability and return a firm quote and lead time.
- 2
Engineer
We program toolpaths, design fixtures, and confirm the process before a single chip is cut.
- 3
Manufacture
Machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly in our own facility under quality control.
- 4
Inspect
First-article and in-process inspection on CMM, with documented, traceable results.
- 5
Deliver
Packed, certified, and delivered on schedule — with full traceability for every part.

Testimonials
What our clients say
“They held tolerance on a tricky housing that two other shops returned as scrap. On time and fully documented.”
“We moved our fabrication here after years of slipping deliveries elsewhere. Lead times have been met every single time.”
“Their DFM feedback saved us money before we'd even placed the order. Now they're our default shop.”
FAQ
Questions, answered
What's your typical lead time?
It depends on quantity and process, but most machined and fabricated jobs ship in 3–6 weeks. We confirm a firm lead time with every quote and hold to it.
Do you take prototype or low-volume work?
Yes — from a single prototype to volume production. We're set up for both, and prototypes often lead to production runs with us.
What tolerances can you hold?
We routinely hold ±0.01mm on machined features where the design needs it, verified on CMM. We'll confirm what's achievable for your part at quote stage.
What materials do you work with?
Mild steel, stainless (SS304/SS316), aluminium, brass, and common engineering plastics. If you have a specific grade, send it over.
Do you provide inspection reports and material certs?
Yes. Every batch ships with inspection data, and material/test certificates with full traceability are available on request.
Can you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. We work to client NDAs as standard and treat all drawings and designs as confidential.
What technologies do you work with?
All technologies
Backed by first-article approval
We don't run a batch until you've signed off the first article. Every part ships with inspection data — and if it's out of spec, we make it right. That's why most of our work is repeat business.
Have a part to make?
Send us a drawing or an RFQ and we'll get back within one working day.
